Full-Chip Systems – Vintage Mica

Of all our coating systems, our Vintage Mica series may be our most popular. It may have something to do with its 10 incredible chip blends including Bedstone, Cobalt, Desert Edge, Gold Mine, Gun Metal, Galaxy, Quarry, Shalestone, Silverado and Zircon. And like all of our mica-infused coating systems, our Vintage Mica series is as incredible to look at, as it is durable. After concrete preparation, which includes concrete patching and diamond grinding, we’ll apply a thick, moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat. We’ll follow by broadcasting, in a full-chip spread, your choice of Vintage Mica blend into the primer coat. On Day 2, we’ll reclaim unadhered chips and buff those that have embedded in the primer coat. We’ll then top it all off with two (not one) clear 100%-solids polyaspartic coats. Your final product will be stunning…and, unlike wafer-thin “1-day polyurea” systems,  it’ll exceed 35 mils in thickness, possess extreme flexural strength, and provide superior impact, abrasion, moisture, chemical and stain resistance. Like all our full-chip coating systems, our Vintage Mica was created to last you a lifetime.
