Full-Chip Systems – Ultra

Our Ultra coating system series consists of 12 blends of varied colors, from browns to silvers and grays. Each chip blend is proprietary and only offered by authorized dealers of GarageFloorCoating.com. An Ultra concrete coating system, like all our full-chip systems, is thick and multi-layered. Its first “primer” layer is applied after proper diamond grinding, and if needed, concrete patching. The applied primer consists of our proprietary, doubly-thick, 100%-solids moisture-mitigating 2-component epoxy. We then broadcast your chosen Ultra chip blend in a full-chip spread to cover the “wet” primer below (we call it “broadcasting to rejection”). On Day 2 of installation, the unadhered chips are reclaimed; the chips that remain embedded in the thick primer are buffed and topped with two coats of our 100%-solids, clear 3:2 polyaspartic. Our Ultra systems combine UV, stain, abrasion and moisture-resistance with easy maintenance. Your flooring will be as functional as it is stunning to look at.
