Full-Chip Systems – Earth Effects

Our Earth Effects coating system series is just one of several full-chip series offered. In this case, the name says it all! The color palette of our  Earth Effects series consists of 10 “earthy” blends including 69 Karat, Amber Ale, Caramel Latte, Copper Mine, Desert Twilight, Graphite, Ironwood, Paron, Silver Spirits and Stardust…all of which  incorporate mica stone. Mica is a natural, reflective stone that provides our mica-infused flooring, including Earth Effects, with unique texture, pattern and reflectivity. Thermoplastic, used in most traditional coating systems, can’t compete. Like all our mica-infused systems, our Earth Effects series is thick and multi-layered, consisting  of a 100%-solids, moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat, a full-chip mica stone-infused broadcast, and, on Day 2 of installation, two 100%-solids polyaspartic top coats. The result is a thick coating system that’s far more resilient than wafer-thin “1-day” systems. So thick and strong in fact, that we warrant our Earth Effects coating systems against moisture-related issues and “hot tire” staining.
