One-day systems could also be called ‘rush jobs’ — you wouldn’t want your plumber or roofer rushing their installations, and if you rush your epoxy coatings you’ll likely have moisture causing it to warp and crack in no time. There’s a reason why one-day coating companies have exclusions in their warranty regarding moisture damage, which is wild to us, because that’s the number one cause of coating failures!

Here’s how we like to install it: The first day focuses on proper moisture management with a slower-curing, 100%-solids epoxy primer, which deeply penetrates the concrete, preventing common issues like bubbling and delamination. The second day involves applying polyurea-polyaspartic top coats, allowing sufficient curing time for a durable bond.
